At Coeur de Beurre, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. 

You can exchange your item within 7 days of receipt, provided it meets our policy requirements. Please kindly note that refunds are not available once an order is placed. Each order is eligible for one exchange only, so please review your items carefully before initiating the exchange.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@coeurdebeurre.com with "Return Order #[Order Number]" in the subject line. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.

4. Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item/size sent). In such cases, Coeur de Beurre will cover the return shipping costs.

We kindly ask that you pack the item(s) carefully and select a reliable courier service to help ensure they arrive safely and without damage.
